How To Order?

Ordering Methods:

3. Fill in the 'Order Form' at the bottom of this page. For more than 1 item, please click 'ADD ANOTHER'. Please state your 'Item's Scent' and 'Delivery Method' at 'REMARK' coloumn.

After Oder:

1. NFJ Scent will reply your e-mail or SMS with details about the shipment and method [due - availability - base on First Come First Serve basis] and to re-confirm your order.

2. After order has been re-confirmed, should you require to make full payment. Prices are fixed and NO NEGOTIABLE!

1. Transaction could be made by online banking or deposit machine. Details are as follow:

Delivery Methods:

1. POS LAJU - 2 to 3 days (for ready-stock)

10 to 14 days ( for pre-order)

Peninsular Malaysia - RM5.00 (500g), additional RM1.30 (for each next 250g)

Sabah & Sarawak - RM8.50 (500g), additional RM2.50 (for each next 250g)

Note:

**The above amount is already inclusive of 20% fuel surchage and 5% Gov. Service Tax.

**Envelopes/ boxes are free. It will be our responsibility. No charge at all.

2. POS EXPRESS (upon request) - 1 t0 2 days (ready stock)

10 to 14 days (pre-order)

100g (small envelope) - RM3.00

250g (medium size envelope) - RM3.50

500g (F4 size envelope) - RM4.50

Small size box 750g - RM6.00

Large size box 1000g - RM7.00

3. PARCEL

Within Peninsular Malaysia:

Surface: up to 2kg - RM7.00 additional RM1.50

Sabah & Sarawak:

Up to 500g - RM8.50, 0.5-1kg - RM10.00, additional 1kg - add RM3.00

Delivery Time:

1. We will ship out your item on the next day upon received your payment (not more than 2 days business day)

2. We will inform you by e-mail or SMS after every delivery.

3. Please take note, orders for ready-stock will immediately ship within 2 days business day. And for pre-order items, in 10 to 14 days business day.

1. All items are based on First Come First Serve basis (for in hand stocks).

2. Should you make a Pre-Order before on a certain date (Pre-Order stocks and dates will be informed from time to time).

4. Reserve is allow for only 3 days.

5. Items are 100% new and in great condition.

6. Items sold are non-refundable or exchangeable. Do ask us questions to avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfactions.

7. All prices shown are excluded of postage fees.

8. Payment should be made within 2 days after confirmation. If payment is failed, the item will be released for sale.

9. When received the items, kindly notify us. If we have not receive notification from the customers within 7 days of business days, we will assume that items have been received by the customers.
